FAQ

These are some of the most frequently asked questions about what Without Limit Freelance is, the use of the platform and the cost of some of the services:

How much does it cost to publish a project?

Publishing new projects is free of charge. The projects will be available for 30 days during which you will be able to receive proposals and choose the one that suits you best.

How much does it cost the client to hire a Freelancer?

The client pays the amount the Freelancer is willing to charge for the services he/she will provide. Prices vary depending on the project and each Freelancer.

How is payment made to hire?

Payment is made by credit card upon receipt of the quote or proposal from the selected Freelancer. The money is reserved as an escrow fund, which allows the client to release it until the work is completed to their satisfaction.

Will I receive an invoice for the contracted services?

When a payment is generated when hiring a Freelancer, our system generates a receipt that will be sent to the client's email account, detailing the amount of the payment made.

Does the receipt contain the details of the service?

Yes, the payment receipt contains all the required information.

Will my credit card be charged with the amount charged by the Freelancer at the time of booking the funds?

Yes, the payment is charged to the card at the time of booking. The money is safe with the funds reservation system, which guarantees that the amount will be released to the Freelancer only when you approve the project to your satisfaction.

Site Commission

At the time of disbursement to the Freelancer, a small commission of 15% will be deducted from the total project budget (minimum commission USD $15.00). This commission is specified in the form that the Freelancer fills out when applying for the project. When contracting through the site, this commission is charged to the client along with the price of the Freelancer's services. The 15% is a net value and is inclusive of any taxes applicable by law (minimum commission USD $ 15.00). This fee is considerably low compared to other markets such as the United States, where commissions per project are as high as 25%.

How does the contracted Freelancer get paid?

Once the client has accepted the work done, the funds are released. The contracted professional receives the payment. To do so, he/she must associate a bank account or credit card to withdraw funds in his/her respective country. The Freelancer must detail in his account the email with which he is registered in order to receive the corresponding payments.
